When the Flanders family sang this song to try to get Homer Simpson to return to church, he kept cutting them off. After some searching, I found a couple of slightly different versions; I emended them slightly to form this one.
RISE AND SHINE
God said to Noah ‘There’s going to be a floody, floody.’
God said to Noah ‘There’s going to be a floody, floody;
‘Get those animals’ *clap* ‘out of the muddy, muddy’
Children of the Lord.
Chorus:
So, rise and shine and *clap* give God the glory, glory
Rise and shine and give God the glory, glory
Rise and shine and give God the glory, glory
Children of the Lord.
God said to Noah ‘You better build an arky, arky.’
God said to Noah ‘You better build an arky, arky;
‘Build it out of’ *clap* ‘hickory barky, barky’
Children of the Lord.
Chorus
The animals came, they came in twosies, twosies.
The animals came, they came in twosies, twosies.
Elephants and *clap* kangaroosey-roosies.
Children of the Lord.
Chorus
It rained and rained for forty long daysie-daysies.
It rained and rained for forty long daysie-daysies.
Nearly drove those *clap* animals crazy crazy
Children of the Lord.
Chorus
The sun came out and dried up the landy, landy.
The sun came out and dried up the landy, landy.
Everything was *clap* fine and dandy, dandy.
Children of the Lord.
Chorus

Great episode of the simpsons.
They also did the song bit
in the episode “I am furious yellow”, where
flanders was demonstrating one of the songs that they would be singing at Homer’s house, since marge said they could have church choir practice there.
Angry dad episode is one of my favorites.
